Join us on December 14 at 7:30 p.m. to take part in the discussion meeting on alternatives to the economic model. Faced with social and environmental challenges, we will think together about possible alternatives.
2015-12-14_quelle_atlternatives_au_systeme_acteur.pdf The hope for change is at the heart of the new Justice and Peace study: “ Capitalism and mining: a necessary divorce. Towards sustainable alternatives". During this evening, we will start from this research to highlight alternatives that already exist in both the North and the South of the planet. Grégoire Wallenborn (researcher at ULB), working on sustainable consumption patterns, will enrich the reflection of his own expertise at the intersections of the environment, technologies and daily life. Raphael Stevens will also invite himself to the table. He will tell us, among other things, about his book – written in collaboration with Pablo Servigne – which addresses the current system, industrial civilization and its potential collapse. It is up to us, citizens, politicians, economic, associative and educational actors, to think together about this question and to convince that global change is essential. -Date : Monday December 14, 2015, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. -Contact : Alexandra Culin (+32 2 738 08 01). -Address : Rue Maurice Liétart, 31 in 1150 Brussels.Registration
